I liked:
location - within minutes of Tivoli, City Square, canal tours, etc
price
view (our room had balcony overlooking CPH Central)
appearance of hotel
I disliked:
carpet in room clearly wasn't vacuumed before we got there...was kind of gross, but not enough to make us go somewhere else. Other likable factors outweighed this.

I liked:
I came to the hotel late, had no reservation and met this wonderful, nice and service minded person in the reseption. A person who understood the meaning of what personal service and giving the litle extra means!
I got a nice price and since there were not too many guests at the hotel, the receptionist gave me a beautiful room overlooking the Tivoli.
The weather was bad, but the room and the hotel bar were so nice and lovely that it didn't matter:-) It gave me a peaceful and homey feeling!
The rest of the staff I was in contact with were also very nice and helpful.
It made my stay in Copenhagen very pleasant! I have been and am speaking to friends about my stay and recommend them and others to go there! I'm sure you will not regret staying there!
I'm looking forward for my next stay at Copenhagen Plaza Hotel!
I disliked:
I missed an open fireplace in the bar:-)(would have made it perfect!)
The warm food; eggs, bacon and beans were not varm....

I liked:
Location is brilliant (all galleries and museums are within walking distance), hotel is gorgeous and peaceful, breakfast was delicious. Really impressed by the Hall of Fame - one for music and film fans! Pink Floyd, Bjork... Best of all were the staff, so friendly and helpful - top class concierge service Mr Loke! And lovely Jane who always greeted us with a smile after our long days out. We hope to come back again!

I liked:
First of all, many thanks for the good service to the staff. We were treated very nice everywhere round the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Also the interior of the hotel was very nice. We certainly will come back!

I liked:
the room was large, well appointed and really quite comfortable. I was worried that it might be noisy since it is across from both the train station and tivoli, however it was not noisy. comfortable bed and the morning breakfast was excellent.
I disliked:
the fact that it was so close to the train station and tivoli, but it turned out not to be a problem. excellent location for walking to many areas of copenhagen.

I liked:
The hotel is very close to train station making it ideal for arriving and departures and of course travelling with sweden so close.
The room was cofortable with room serves as and when required.
My only little complaint is that you can not put the bathroom light on without having the bedroom lights on. ? why are they like this ? who knows.
Breakfast was great and all staff went that extra mile to make you feel at home.
